Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Return
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 3 days of initiating the request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
